Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TinyTune (“the App”), operated by an independent individual developer based in Vietnam. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

TinyTune is intended for a general audience. Users under 13 should use the App only with the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. The Service

TinyTune converts text you provide into short musical messages using AI audio models. The App does not require an account. Your message text and generated song are processed on our server only temporarily to create and deliver your song, as described in our Privacy Policy, and are not permanently stored there.

4. Subscriptions

TinyTune offers auto-renewing subscriptions through your device’s app store, following an optional free trial. Each subscription provides unlimited TinyTune generations during the active subscription period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

5. User Content & Generated Content

You retain ownership of the songs you generate. To operate and promote the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display generated content, including limited editing for presentation. You are responsible for the message text you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The TinyTune name, branding, interface, code, and internal systems are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to access the App;
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures;
  • Create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services for music generation, analytics, crash reporting, and configuration. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers’ terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated songs will meet your expectations or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of TinyTune will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of TinyTune from claims arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We’ll try to resolve any dispute informally first, so please contact us before taking any other action. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
